Visit card

This is visit card includes logo which i made it for my sister and SOAD is a small advertising agency which specializes in training and supplying promoters. 

I only used 3 colours and blue color is main one here. I designed a logo which can make audiences recognize SOAD's purpose easily. I replaced " O " letter by circle symbol with line drawing inside which expresses a group of people. 

With visit card, i designed 2 different sides and I also used circle symbols which were taken from circle symbol with images of group of people. 

noodle noodle

I drew it on paper and repainted in Photoshop few weeks ago. 

I try to draw something which is abstract.  I drew it after i recognized I have eaten noodle rather a lot at school, even at home and it seems i am addicted in noodle. T_T .

However, this made an inspiration for me. And i called this drawing is Noodle Fun.

Carhartt

This is my work for creating a layout for Carhartt. My lecturer advised us to try to do it simple. Therefore, here i used 3 main colors are brown, yellow and green. I hope that these colours will not only make the layout simple, but also make viewers feel interesting. I recreated Carhartt brand name by using some circle symbols. I arranged it basing on Gestalt theory and a type of font is minifont. 

Furthermore, I tend to put Carhartt name in the center to pay attention for the brand name.

Gestalt theory

I have made this layout basing on Gestalt theory. I created an image by combining text and images. I use 2 colors are gray and purple. The white background i used to make attention and focus on pictures. 

I wanna create a soft and simple layout.

Halloween

I drew it for Halloween day. At that day, i was home alone during the night and i was sick. And then I sketched silly and clumsy something. I really love animation so much. I feel so happy and pleasant when working with animation. It is all my passion. ^___^. 

After that i cloured it in Photoshop and still kept pencil's line drawing. Actually, i love traditional drawing with pencil rather than others, although mixing colors will make drawings more interesting. Tell the truth, i am really not good at mixing colors. And this is my Halloween sketch done in PS. ^^.

Sun and Moon

When searching Sun and Moon, i saw there are many  information about Sun and Moon and actually, i didn't know how to begin and where to begin. And then i remembered a song of Sun and Moon which i heard a long time ago, but i did not remember song's name and artist exactly.

That song has some sentences like this:

 You are sunlight and I moon

Joined here brightening the sky

With the flame of love

made of sunlight and moonlight...

And then , i began to sketch my idea with concept of love of Sun and Moon. I really wanna create something which is simple and light or soft to express love of Sun and Moon. I also began to find more legends about Sun and Moon. Although both of Sun and Moon are lights in the world, and Sun is working for the day while Moon is working for the night, there are strong relationship between Sun and Moon. With the flame of love made of sunlight and moonlight, Moonlight will decrease hot and active features of Sun while Sunlight will decrease cold feature of Moon. Moonlight could be Sun's light and Sunlight could be Moon's light. It can be a warm love.

And this is my Love of Sun and Moon. 

Graphic Design

I was asked to express the meaning of graphic design by using some symbols. When beginning with this concept, i has researched to be able to understand much more clearly about Graphic Design. 

Really, there are many information or definitions about Graphic design and i could not use all of them. Moreover, i want to create something which can make viewers find easy in looking at it. And then, i knew that graphic design is a combination of ideas, words and images. After that, i decided to use 3 simple images to express it. In addition, i used a symbol for color, because i think graphic design also needs to have a combination of colors.

And this is my final result after being done in Photoshop.
