Title sequence is used to show the title and key cast or production member of films utilizing conceptual visuals and sound.
A title sequence is more than just a list of credits. It can be a mini-movie which sets up the film that it's a part of. It can be establish mood, period and style. A title sequence can take care of backstory. It can the audience or get them agitated. Title sequence are an art form of their own.

I searched about title sequence on the Internet, and i saw title sequence of Catch Me If You Can (Steven Spielberg, 2002). It is so impressive and preview the events in the movie. The title sequence is a brightly colored animation of geometrically stylized figures chasing one another through geometrically stylized scenery. The sequence moves through a series of locations, from airport, to road, then poolside bar, a hospital, a library and a wedding party , the colour scheme changing with each new setting.
